Deposits made through our online website may be rescheduled or exchanged for another appointment time within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days of purchase, $100 of the deposit amount will not be returned. Returns/Reschedules/Exchanges are for store credit only. No cash/credit refunds. Bone Structure LA will only accept Returns/Reschedules/Exchanges that comply with this Exchange Policy. Since we're a super small company, we have to be pretty strict about this.
